Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the World Confederation for Physical Therapy Congress 2017 (WCPT 2017), to be held from 2-4 July 2017 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
During congress, volunteers not only fulfill the specific responsibilities for which they have been assigned, but also help delegates feel comfortable, answer general questions and assist the planning committees and staff by acting as the eyes and ears of congress – identifying potential problems before they occur.
Please complete the information below so that we can keep you informed of congress and volunteer updates. Closer to the congress, we will confirm your commitment to volunteer and then work with you to schedule your participation.
Please note that we may not need the services of everyone who has shown an interest in volunteering, as there are a limited number of positions available.
Also note that all volunteers must be available for a minimum of two half-day shifts (10-12 hours total) over the course of the congress, Saturday, 1st July to Wednesday, 5th July 2017 inclusive. Most requirements will be during the days of congress, 2-4 July. Please do not register as a volunteer if you do not believe you will be able to meet this requirement.
If you have any questions regarding potential volunteer roles at WCPT 2017, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Brittany Minskip at brittany@seatoskymeetings.com.
