Welcome to the Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology's (CAPhO) online Oncology Basics payment site. From this site, you can sign up for temporary access to Oncology Basics.

Become a member to have full-time access

Access to Oncology Basics for non-members is $40 (plus tax). Access to a full membership is $50 or $75 (plus tax). For the difference of $10 (for a pharmacy technician) to $35 (for an oncology pharmacist), you can get in touch with oncology pharmacists in Canada and around the world, meet them in person at the CAPhO Conference for a reduced rate (of $250), and receive recognition of your industry achievements through a variety of awards. Non-member access

If you wish to continue with your Oncology Basics registration as a non-member, fill out your contact details below, click "Next" to proceed and select the Oncology Basics Fee before processing payment. This will allow you one-year access to the Oncology Basics.

When filling in the form, please use Sentence Case (e.g. John Smith) instead of all CAPITAL letters (e.g. JOHN SMITH) or all small letters (ex. john smith). Fields followed by * are required information and need to be filled in before proceeding.

CAPhO promotes the practice of oncology pharmacy in Canada by conducting educational events, maintaining appropriate professional practice standards, facilitating communication between oncology pharmacists and other interested health professionals and developing oncology pharmacy as an area of specialty practice.
