ISOPP 2016 Registration

For information on what is included in the registration fees, qualifying information for registration categories and cancellation policies, please visit the ISOPP 2016 website.

Registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and determined by when payment is received, not by the date of submission. Early Bird rates are available until Monday, February 22, 2016. Pre-registrants who pay their registration fee after Monday, February 22, 2016 will be charged the regular registration fees.

Photographs may be taken during the Symposium which may be used for promotional purposes. By registering, you provide your consent to use any photos with your image in ISOPP promotional materials.

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

Refunds are available until Monday, January 18, 2016 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of €100 per person. As of Tuesday, January 19, 2016, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Thursday, April 7, 2016. All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting Management at registration@isopp.org.  Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Individuals take part in the ISOPP Symposium at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and travel insurance arrangements.

Wire Transfer (applicable prior to the Symposium)

All wire transfers are payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Ltd, are due in Euro and must be received by Monday, March 28, 2016, otherwise, payment via another method will be required. 

 

On the wire transfer, please note “ISOPP 2016” and the name of the registrant(s) as a reference.  Wire transfer information will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in this registration upon completion of your registration. When requesting a wire transfer to pay your fees, please advise your bank to deduct any fees from your account, and not from the amount to be transferred.
