Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

There are no refunds for cancellations; however, substitutions can be made until noon PDT on Friday, October 20, 2023. Substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting and Association Management at online@capho.org. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Payment

Cheque – until Thursday, October 19, 2023
If you are paying by cheque, include CAPhO OFD23 and the name of the registrant(s) on the cheque and make the cheque payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. Funds are due in Canadian Dollars and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. The payment address will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the registration. A receipt will be sent by email once payment has been received. Cheques need to be received by Thursday, October 19th.

Thank you for registering for CAPhO OFD23 taking place online on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 10:00 to 18:30 EDT.

If payment has been received, a receipt has already been sent to the email address provided in this registration. If you are paying by cheque, a confirmation email has been sent and a receipt will be emailed once payment has been received.


The event will be conducted solely online. To participate you will need access to a computer or laptop. We do not recommend viewing OFD23 sessions on your phone or tablet as you may not be able to access all features of the platform. An email with directions on how to access the online event will be sent to all paid participants approximately one week before the event.

Note: Completion of the Oncology Basics home study course prior to Oncology Fundamentals Day will enhance your learning during the online sessions at OFD 2023. Oncology Basics is accessible at no charge with a CAPhO membership, non-member access is $40.
