During the online registration process, you can register for the Conference and/or the Workshops, and purchase guest ticket(s) for Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO". 

Conference registrants will be sent an email once the Sponsored Symposia, concurrent sessions and round table discussions are confirmed, giving you the opportunity to pre-register for those sessions.

Photographs taken during the Conference may be used for promotional purposes. By registering, you provide your consent for CAPhO and its suppliers to use any photographs with your image.

The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register.  

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be applied to all fees, which are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and payable upon registration. Rates are determined by when payment is received, not by the date of registration. 

Early Bird rates are available until Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Registrants who pay their registration fee after Wednesday, February 25, 2026, will be charged the regular registration rate.

Daily registration includes educational sessions and food and beverage functions on the day of attendance except the Saturday’s Networking Event: “A Prairie Gathering - Celebrating 30 years of CAPhO". There is a separate registration fee for Workshops as they are not included in Daily Registration.
